When reporting a problem, it helps to include the iPad or iPhone model, the iOS version and what you were doing when it went wrong. Saved drawings and movies live only on the device itself, so don't delete the app before the problem is solved.

Frequently asked questions

The drawing isn't cut out properly. Draw with a dark marker or pencil on white paper, lay the paper flat in good light without the shadow of your hand, and fit the whole drawing inside the frame. On the Cut out screen you can erase bits with the eraser.

The bones are in the wrong place. Drag the dots to the head, hands and feet, or tap "Tap them" and point them out one by one. Choose "No bones" if the drawing has no arms and legs.

No sound? Switch off the device's silent switch, and check in the menu (the three lines) that sound is on.

Does the app work without the internet? Yes, completely. Photos and drawings stay on the device.
